What's Wesley?

What's Wesley?  Wesley Foundation is the campus ministry of the United Methodist Church.  We're sponsored by the UMC, but we're here to serve all students! 

Wesley Foundation at Mississippi State nurtures Christian disciples during the crucial college years by offering students opportunities for worship, study, missions, leadership, fellowship, & support. 

Worship::God is worthy of our full attention, so students gather for weekly worship that sets our focus on God throughout the week.

Study::A growing Christian disciple needs to be fed, and Wesley offers a menu of growth options, such as small group Bible studies, teaching at INSIGHT, and retreats.

Missions::Jesus takes it personally when we serve “the least of these.” Wesley offers projects in which students serve people in need and develop a personal vision for a life of missions.

Leadership::Today’s students are tomorrow’s leaders. Wesley nurtures leadership and purpose in this generation of college students.

Fellowship::Fellowship encourages faith and grows friendship. Students find a “home away from home” at Wesley Foundation.

Support::Wesley offers students the support of faithful friends along with pastoral care and counseling.
